Vista Community Clinic offers a seamless system of HIV services. From education to testing to care, all services are free or low-cost and available in both Spanish and English.

Counseling and Testing

  • Confidential rapid (results within 30 minutes) testing and standard testing
  • Testing at all 5 clinic locations
  • Immediate support and follow up for those who test positive

Costs and Payments

Clinic staff can assist HIV+ clients in accessing funding for medical services through the Ryan White program for the uninsured, Medi-Cal, private insurance, and the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). Clients who are uninsured and do not qualify for these programs may pay on a sliding fee scale. Please call for details.
