Our outreach teams will be on hand at the Fallbrook Library, 124 S. mission Rd, from 10am-12:30pm, and back from 1:30pm-4pm.

We will be offering the following:
o Free Blood pressure Screenings
o Every Women Count Appointments
 Breast Cancer and Cervical Cancer Screening
o Family Planning
 STI testing
 Pregnancy Testing
 Birth control education
 Family planning education
o Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccines for 1st, 2nd, and booster doses for 2 years and older
o Flu Vaccines (While supplies last)
 Please Note: The flu vaccine will be at no cost to VCC patients and uninsured patients.
 There will be a $17 fee for Non VCC patients and/or patients with private insurance
