Our outreach team will be visiting the Lake Elsinore Senior Center and providing blood pressure screenings on November 21st, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.
The Senior Center is located at 420 E. Lakeshore Dr., Lake Elsinore 92530. We will also have goodies to giveaway and can help answer your questions about services, and get an appointment scheduled for you.
