Description
The breastfeeding support group meets every Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Women’s Center classroom 2, VCC: Vale Terrace, 1000 Vale Terrace Drive in Vista. Group members discuss a variety of topics of interest to new moms including positioning and latching, nursing after returning to work, making enough milk and nutrition while breastfeeding.
