Description
The Annual Celebration of Life event at Libby Lake Park on Saturday, March 14 from noon to 3:00 p.m. is held in remembrance of victims of violence, while reminding youth of the potential for positive growth and offering enrichment activities, educational opportunities, and more.
Hosted by the Oceanside Neighborhood Services Department and the Oceanside Police Department.
