The VCC Covered California open enrollment event is free and open to all community residents. Learn about Covered California health plans. Find answers to your questions about premiums, subsidies and coverage. Get prescreened for enrollment. Make an appointment with a VCC Certified Enrollment Counselor who will help you complete your application for a Covered California health plan. For more information, please call (760) 631-5000 x7127.
