Biography
Dr. Francis is an Ob/Gyn at VCC: Lake Elsinore. He is an Orange County native and has a long history as a practitioner. Originally a graduate from Cal Berkeley, Dr. Francis completed his medical studies locally at the University of California, Irvine. While working in a private practice in Northern San Diego County, Dr. Francis also became a Clinical Professor of the Nevada School of Medicine, teaching at the Residency program in Ob/Gyn in both Nevada and Riverside. Dr. Francis has now become part of the VCC family where he works in outpatient care. Dr. Francis has a great respect for privacy and the patient/doctor relationship. He works in partnership with his patients, strongly encouraging them to participate in their care, so they may be able to make informed decisions regarding their health.
