Biography
Dr. Maria Quan is a Women’s Health physician and can be found at VCC’s Vale Terrace location. She is very passionate and dedicated to the work she does; treating women of all ages by using her scientific training, her skills as a surgeon, and her experience as a clinician. Dr. Quan is a strong advocate for access to affordable medical care, and chose VCC as the place she wanted to practice medicine because of it.
Dr. Quan finds that actively listening to patients, helping them voice their concerns and their values, if the key to excellent care. It is her goal to “team” with the patients in making treatment decisions.
How do you help your patients “Choose Health”?
I do not want to just treat medical conditions, I always want try to educate patients about making healthy choices to have a healthy lifestyle and live long and happy lives.”
